Final Exam, SENIORS

Check with me to see if you are exempt. Here is a reminder per Mr. Cav;

Absences "start over" at the beginning of each Semester in regards to semester exams. If a student has 6 (11 for period 5) or more absences within a block class during the semester and passed one quarter, they must take a final exam and pass it in order to receive a credit for the course.
An excused absence does not remove the absence from the student's attendance record. It only indicates that the student has a legitimate reason for being absent, but they are still marked absent.

I've attached the District's Student Progression Plan, pages 36-37, that explains the policy. The 10% rule is translated to 6 and 11(period 5) absences.

If you have to take the exam, click on the links (below). You can start it working on it now, remember finish part A first. The poster and wooden art piece MUST be completed by your exam day.

Failure to turn in the work will result in an 'F' on your exam. No exceptions.
