June 9-11 art and some exciting news!

So, I am going to start on a (personal)​ high note...

Coming soon (but not TOO soon, I gotta get ready!) ...my art to an awesome venue!!

On Friday John and I traveled down south to Sunrise, Florida to view the venue where I will have five-year retrospective of my daily art making...that will be happening in late 2016. (yay!!!!)

I have known about this for a couple of months now, pinching myself...but it's real.  I worked with this amazing man named Daniel a couple of years ago and he moved on to work for the City of Sunrise into a position to book artists and entertainers- and I am his first artist booking!  

THANK YOU so much, Daniel...I seriously CANNOT wait!!

Often times my daily art pieces will have little bits of what is happening in my life.  The past few days are no exception, as shown in the images below.  Let's see...it was raining cats (and cats!)...I made a piece to show my excitement for my show in Sunrise...and then the last piece, I was kinda daydreaming, feeling a little lazy.
