...so, somewhere way up in the sky this evening I sketched and painted en route from West Palm to Atlanta...and, you know, they really don't give you much room to make art on planes these days, tsk, tsk...lucky for me no one was sitting in the middle seat, so I had a little bit of room. Just listened to my EBadu and made some art. If I would have known the second flight was going to take so long I would have started another piece...but now I am in Biloxi and I just want to finish this post and go to sleep...
and...I actually started a few pieces, not just the one above...(left) a sketch of me making a sketch/painting, working on a response piece to the fact that the talented Miss Etta James passed today...(middle) and two CED (shoe) paintings...and lastly (right), just the painting that came to me as I was sitting on the plane...all the works pictured below are in-progress and I hope to complete by the end of the weekend.
